专利说明:
Irrigation equipment and assembly Background of the Invention The invention relates to a watering device for a small wheeled machine. The irrigation device comprises at least one irrigation head and 5 hoses leading to the irrigation head. The invention further relates to an assembly comprising a small wheeled machine, a water tank and a irrigation device comprising at least one irrigation head and a hose to the irrigation head. Traditionally, watering plants in confined spaces, such as cemeteries, has been treated with a watering can or a stationary piping system with 10 nozzles. DE 19749673 discloses a solution in which an irrigation basin is placed under the ground below a tomb. Brief Description of the Invention An object of the invention is to develop a new type of irrigation device. The object of the invention is achieved by a watering device which is characterized in what is stated in the independent claims. Preferred embodiments of the invention are claimed in the dependent claims. An advantage of the irrigation device according to the invention is that the irrigation device is mechanically movable. The mobile irrigation device achieves significant working time savings compared to jug irrigation. Watering can be focused on a single seat 20 precisely and without damaging the plants, since in the case of flowering plants it is important that the flower petals do not fall when the water for irrigation strikes them. The plants to be irrigated may be at different distances from the small machine. When combined with a small machine, the machine is agile enough to move in tight spaces, but due to its light weight it does not leave disturbing marks on the ground. The terms forward, transverse, and vertical are used in this application. Forward direction means the direction of advancement of the small machine and transverse direction the direction perpendicular to the direction of advancement of the small machine. The small machine and the irrigator have the same cross direction. Vertical direction means a direction perpendicular to the ground. For simplicity, the earth's surface is assumed to be a horizontal plane. For the purposes of this application, a small work machine is a wheeled mini-loader or the like with work hydraulics for attaching attachments. 20176040 prh 22 -11- 2017 As stated above, the irrigation device is intended for use in watering plants, especially flowering plants, in places where space is limited and the plants may be at different distances in the cross machine direction. In addition, no traces should be created on the ground. Such an environment is 5 for example in the irrigation of grave plantations. According to one embodiment, the irrigation device can be combined with the working hydraulics of the small machine and the irrigation device has the necessary means for attaching it to the small machine. The irrigator comprises at least one hydraulically actuated member in the transverse direction of the irrigator having an extended arm and a shortened position. Thus, the hydraulically actuating member only moves back and forth in the transverse direction of the irrigator, eliminating unnecessary time-consuming movements. According to one embodiment, the hydraulically actuating member may be a boom having an inclined upwardly transverse fixed portion and a downwardly movable downwardly movable portion having an irrigating head at its lower end. The movable portion of the boom can make a pendulum movement between the extended position and the shortened position, i.e., the movable portion of the boom is pivotable about the joint in the transverse direction. In the extended position, the lower end of the boom with its irrigation head is extended to its furthest position relative to the small machine. In a Ly20 reduced position, the lower end of the boom with its irrigation head is brought close to the small work machine. According to another embodiment, the hydraulically actuating member may be, for example, a transverse articulated boom which may be extended or shortened by guiding it by means of a hydraulic cylinder. At least part of the hose is secured so that the hose is movable with the articulated boom. In other words, the hose is secured to the articulated boom such that when the articulated boom is extended to its first extreme position, the hose has little transverse elasticity. While the articulated boom is shortened to its second extreme position, the hose locates in the loops. The irrigator is mechanically attached to the light machine and connected to the working hydraulics of the 30 light machine. Alternatively, the irrigation device may have its own hydraulic system. The water tank is transported with you, it can be an integrated water tank or a separate water tank. Preferably it is in a trailer towed by a small machine. It is advantageous if the water tank has to be replaced in such a way that when one water tank is in use, one can be filled. The water hose from the water tank is connected to the pump and the pump leaves a hose which is connected to the irrigation nozzles. Alternatively, the water tank may be pressurized 20176040 prh 22 -11- 2017 made without pump. The hose from the pump or water reservoir to the irrigation nozzles may have a side branch along which the desired additive, such as fertilizer, is introduced into the irrigation water. The side branch flow is usually adjustable. In use, a hydraulically actuated member, such as a pivot boom, is actuated by a hydraulic cylinder utilizing the actuators of a small machine. The irrigation device can be operated from the cab of a small machine. The small implement is stopped at the planting and the hydraulically actuated member is extended so that the nozzle extends to the root of the plant. The irrigation water is allowed to flow to the root of the plant in the required amount, for example by using a solenoid valve, and continues to the next 10 plantings. The plantings can be at different distances from the small implement and the hydraulically actuated member is always extended according to the required distance. With hydraulically actuated members on either side of the small implement, it is possible to irrigate plantings on both sides of the small implement. In another embodiment, the operation of the irrigation device is otherwise as described above, but the hydraulic cylinder is replaced by an electromechanical solution. According to a third embodiment, the operation of the irrigation device is otherwise similar to the first embodiment, but the articulated boom is replaced by a telescopic boom. The boom then comprises nested tubes with which the irrigation hose moves. The telescopic boom may be a hydraulically actuated member or it may be an electromechanically actuated member. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be further described in connection with the preferred embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a perspective view of the irrigation device; Figure 2 is a perspective view of a detail of the irrigation device with the articulated boom in a shortened position; Figure 3 is a perspective view of a detail of the irrigation device when the articulation boom 30 is extended. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Figure 1 is a perspective view of the irrigation device 1 without the hose. The transverse direction of the irrigation device 1 is shown in Figure 1 with the double-headed arrow C. The irrigation device 1 comprises a central part 2 which can be connected to the working hydraulics of a small working machine and mounted on a small working machine. Watering equipment 1 20176040 prh 22 -11- 2017 is usually mounted on the front of a small machine for easier irrigation control. At least one side of the central part 2 has a hydraulically actuating member, in the case of Fig. 1, a hinged boom 3. In general, hydraulically actuating members, such as 5 articulated booms 3, are provided on each side of the central part 2. The articulated boom 3 is comprised of articulated pieces 4. The articulated boom 3 may consist of two parallel elongate pieces 4a, 4b joined by an articulated piece 4c. The articulated boom 3 has an extended position and a shortened position between which the articulated boom 3 can move infinitely. In the shortened weapon mass 10, the articulated boom 3 is in a supine position adjacent to the small machine and in the extended position the end of the articulated boom 3 is at a maximum distance from the small machine. The movement of the pivot boom 3 is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder 5 attached to or between the central part 2 and the body 4a or 4b adjacent to the central part. The hydraulic cylinder 5 is preferably secured to the lower part of the central part 2 and to the upper part of the cap member 4a or 4b or between them, whereby the piston movement of the hydraulic cylinder 5 provides effective folding or extension of the articulated boom 3. At the outermost end of the grid 3 is a nozzle (s) 6 to which water is led through an inlet 6a. The nozzle (s) 6 are dewatering nozzles known per se. Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the irrigation device 2 with the articulated boom 3 in a shortened position. The hydraulic cylinder 5 has a minimum length, whereby it has pulled the grid 3 together. The irrigation hose 7 is secured to the central joints 8 of the grid 3. When the articulated boom 3 folds, the hose 7 folds into 25 loops. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the irrigation device with the articulated boom extended. The hydraulic cylinder 5 is longer than the minimum length, whereupon the hydraulic cylinder 5 has opened the articulated boom 3. The irrigation hose 7 is secured to the central joints 8 of the articulated boom 3. When the articulated boom 3 opens, the hose 7 begins to straighten. It will be obvious to a person skilled in the art that as technology advances, the basic idea of the invention can be implemented in many different ways. The invention and its embodiments are thus not limited to the examples described above, but may vary within the scope of the claims.
